What I love about dentistry: I love to meet all the families and children. I love the new technology in dentistry that allows us to offer a wider range of services to our patients. It makes me feel good when someone has a problem or need and we can easily take care of it and make a positive difference in their lives.
Background: I was born in New Bern, NC and was raised in beautiful Aurora, NC with my parents and two brothers. Growing up I was involved in sports and Boy Scouts, where I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout by the age of 13.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and also studied Chemistry, Biology, and Pre-Dentistry. I earned my Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2012. I married my beautiful wife Natasha in October 2018 and we have two dogs named Scout and Jordan. We enjoy spending our time with the dogs on the water - boating and fishing.

What I love about dentistry: Making people smile! I believe that a visit to the dentist should be a positive, stress-free experience. We treat all patients with respect, compassion, and patience. At the end of the day, I want all of my patients to be pain-free and proud of their beautiful smile!
Background: Although I was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, my family and I moved to sunny California when I was very young. My father was an engineer for IBM so I grew up in the Silicon Valley area. I have always loved the beach and have tried my best to be as close as possible to the sand and waves. I began to take interest in Dentistry while completing my undergraduate work in Santa Barbara, California. I worked throughout college as a Dental Assistant and loved the dental field so much that I decided to pursue a career in Dentistry. I received my doctorate in San Francisco, and continued my professional training in North Miami Beach. After my residency I joined the NC Dept of Health and Human Services to serve in the rural areas of North Carolina where dental care is difficult to find. I spent over seven years working in clinics providing care to the underserved. It was a very a rewarding experience and I have continued to volunteer to help patients in need.

What I love about dentistry: Helping families smile with confidence! I gain a huge sense of gratification when working with patients and seeing pride reflected in their smile. It’s so rewarding treating patients with first class care in our modern, stress free facility.
Background: I was born in New Jersey, and being part of a military family, we moved frequently all over the country before settling on the Carolina Coast. In 2001, our family moved to Jacksonville, NC where I graduated White Oak High School before completing my bachelor’s degree at UNCW and doctorate at ECU. When I am not practicing dentistry, I enjoy following sports, golfing, cooking, and spending time with my wife, Crystal, and our two daughters. I look forward to providing the members of our community quality dental care in a family environment.
